He is a seasoned expert with 15+ years of industry experience in systems and security engineering, mobile security development, cloud engineering, expansive scalability and leads pioneering work by building the core heart of the product. Prior to co-founding Data Resolve, he has worked with JP Morgan Chase India. He is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Dipanjan Biswas

Director, CTO and Co-Founder

Dipanjan manages the complete Engineering and R&D division of Dataresolve and specialises in product management, product strategy, functional architecting, roadmap execution, people management, product marketing, organisational automation, user experience, presales operations, delivery operations, customer stakeholder management and cost management. with 15+ years of industry experience, he also holds a Graduate and a PostGraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Mr. Venkat Vallabhaneni

General Partner, IDFC Parampara Capital

Venkat is currently a General Partner in IDFC Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund. A Serial Entrepreneur and technology evangelist with 25 years of experience in technology and management, close to two decades of experience in USA and 5+ years in India. Venkat is investor / entrepreneur focused on incubating technology and engineering companies by providing the required capital and expertise. His previous investments prior to the fund include eVaidya.com - an innovative healthcare company leveraging technology, Energy leader (Industrial Batteries Manufacturer) who was acquired by Enersys (ENS: NYSE).

Prior to this, Venkat was part of the senior management for Bank of America’s Global Delivery Centers, leading the technology division for Global Delivery Centers and established leadership depth, best practices across all the LOBs.

Prior to joining Bank Of America, Venkat was the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Accurum Inc. He was responsible for coordinating the company’s vision, executing the company’s strategy and growth through innovative solutions and client relations. He was instrumental in transforming the company to be a focused solutions provider in Capital Markets segment. Accurum, Inc was acquired by Kanbay, Inc in March 2005.

He worked with many start-up companies, where he gained significant knowledge of the intricacies of growing the technology business in financial industry. Venkat holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Bachelors Degree from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Mr. Steffen Naumann

CFO, Zuellig Group

Mr.Steffen Naumann is a seasoned financial executive. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Zuellig Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Naumann has been privately investing into young companies for several years. From 2001 till 2009 Mr. Naumann has been Member of the Executive Board, COO and CFO of Axel Springer AG, an important European Media Group. Before, he spent about 10 years with Bertelsmann, the biggest German Media Group, his last positions being Member of the Executive Board of Bertelsmann’s book business and Executive Vice President and CFO of Random House Inc, New York, the book publishing division of Bertelsmann. Mr. Naumann also worked with McKinsey and Ford of Europe earlier in his career.

Mr. Samir Khare

CIO, State Bank of Mauritius Group

Mr Samir Khare is a senior banking professional with extensive experience in the BFSI domain across Operations and Technology. He comes with a deep understanding of banking and financial products across risk management and core banking solutions spanning across corporate, retail banking and micro lending.

During his 20 years of ongoing career, he has worked in various international geographies,dealt with multi market segments including rural, urban and micro-enterprises across NBFC, Corporate and Retail Banking.

He is currently the group Chief Information Officer of State Bank of Mauritius Group.

In his previous roles, Mr. Khare has been the Director at CRISIL Risk Solutions (a S&P global company) and Chief Information Officer of Fullerton India Credit Company. Prior to Fullerton, Mr Khare was with Citibank as a part of the EMEA Technology Office for Citibank Global Corporate & Investment bank.

Mr. Khare holds a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Kaustav Ghosh

Mr. Ghosh has been the Mentor and Advisor for the company since its inception. He has worked at several senior level positions including Senior Vice President of Business Development & Alliances, India of Connectiva Systems. Mr Ghosh has 17 years of experience in software and communications industry. He is responsible for leading Connectiva’s business development initiatives and all strategic partnerships in India. He played an integral part in establishing Connectiva’s global innovation center in Kolkata and was instrumental in establishing market presence in India, Middle East & Africa by developing strategic relationships with major global systems integrators. Prior to joining Connectiva he held leadership positions at several international software consulting companies including LHS, SEMA & Diyar United, he has also been instrumental in starting and building a number of successful software companies in India.

Mr. Suman Kant Munjal

Suman Kant Munjal is the Chairman & Managing Director of Rockman Industries, one of the leading manufacturers of aluminum die-casting and machined and painted assemblies. He is the Director of Hero Corporate Services and is also on the Board of Hero MotoCorp. A graduate in commerce, Suman Kant Munjal is an acclaimed leader and an internationally trained expert in business and production management. He has played a key role in making Rockman the world’s largest manufacturer of bicycle chains and hubs. He is also the Chairman of the newly formed company and Group’s first venture into Electronics – Hero Electronix Pvt Ltd. He is also involved in a number of philanthropic and cultural activities, and is an active member of the Ludhiana Sanskriti Samagam, Rotary International, ACMA, and CII. He is an avid golfer, loves to travel and enjoys reading and watching theatre. Suman Kant Munjal is one of the founding members of BMU.

Dr. Rajesh Sanghi

He has more than 35 years of experience in telecom and IT spanning across Defence, ISVs & Large Telecom MNCs. His notable career has been with IBM where he received the most coveted Gerstner award as well as globally highest technical award, the Corporate award. Apart from these he received numerous other recognitions in IBM. He received B. E( Hons) from BITS Pilani and M.Tech & Ph.D. from IIT Madras.
